Last Friday, 41 young men and women graduated from three distinct training programs initiated by Bermaz Motor and Prima Merdu. The three training programs are Retail Management Trainee (RMT), Mazda Apprenticeship Program (MAP) and Recognition of Prior Achievement Program (APA).

The RMT is a graduate training program that required candidates to work in various departments within Bermaz Motor to learn the fundamentals of retail management business in the automotive industry. The Mazda Apprenticeship Program exposed SPM-holders to all aspects of vehicle maintenance at the Mazda Training Centre.

While the Recognition of Prior Achievement acknowledged individuals, with no prior training, who have demonstrated skills outlined in the National Occupational Skills Standards. All graduates will be absorbed into the various departments within Bermaz Motor and Prima Merdu as full-time employees of the company.
